Workers Compensation: How to add Class Codes to ADP

Adding workers' compensation class codes to your employee profiles within ADP is important to make the auditing process easier. 

Here is a quick tutorial by Chad Rabideau at ADP instructing how to do it. 

ADDING WORKERS COMPENSATION CLASS CODES TO ADP

  1. Login to your ADP Dashboard
  2. Click on the Settings tab in the left panel 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom 
  4. Find Workers’ Comp Class Codes 
  5. Add the class codes (you can get this from Rikor or your current agent)
  6. Click on the Employee tab in the left panel 
  7. Click on the employee profile
  8. Click on Payroll Info within the employee profile
  9. Find Class Codes and tag the employee with the appropriate class code
  10. Click through each employee to tag with the proper class code

DURING THE AUDIT

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left panel 
  2. Find the Workers’ Compensation audit report
  3. Use this report during audits
