Adding workers' compensation class codes to your employee profiles within ADP is important to make the auditing process easier.
Here is a quick tutorial by Chad Rabideau at ADP instructing how to do it.
ADDING WORKERS COMPENSATION CLASS CODES TO ADP
- Login to your ADP Dashboard
- Click on the Settings tab in the left panel
- Scroll down to the bottom
- Find Workers’ Comp Class Codes
- Add the class codes (you can get this from Rikor or your current agent)
- Click on the Employee tab in the left panel
- Click on the employee profile
- Click on Payroll Info within the employee profile
- Find Class Codes and tag the employee with the appropriate class code
- Click through each employee to tag with the proper class code
DURING THE AUDIT
- Click the Reports tab in the left panel
- Find the Workers’ Compensation audit report
- Use this report during audits
