The RMS is primarily interacted with by franchisors and franchisees. 

Franchisors have access to log in and view custom reports that are updated daily.  They can monitor insurance coverage compliance between themselves and their franchisees. 

Franchisees interact with the RMS for various functions, including managing their insurance documentation and compliance monitoring. They receive communications regarding policy status, onboarding, and coverage opportunities.  The RMS also provides them with alerts for insurance that is about to lapse and reminders for policy renewals. 

Overall, both franchisors and franchisees play crucial roles in utilizing the RMS to ensure compliance and manage risk effectively.
