This guide helps you quickly check and manage franchisee insurance compliance in the RMS by searching for a franchisee, reviewing their status, and identifying any issues.
Step 1. Enter your portal
Step 2: Click on Franchisees on the left side of your screen:

Step 3: Choose the Franchisee from the list you need to look into by just clicking their name:

Step 4: Click on the Compliance Tab:

On this view, you will see a bird's eye view of what is going on with their policy:

If you need more details: Click the Tab next to Compliance called Reports:
Step 5: Toggle on “Only show non-compliant and expiring requirements”
Here you will see exactly what is wrong with the COI that was uploaded and why they are non compliant:
