How does the rms™ manage risk and identify it?

Compliance Score

The compliance score is the average score of all required coverage scores. Every requirement has a value of 1, every coverage can have a range of value from 3-13 points. The total score is divided by the number of met requirements by the total requirements. This % is the entity compliance score. 
 

This score can be found in multiple places in the rms™. Here is one example where a franchisee has not proven any insurance and has a Compliance Score of 0%. The rms™ would show something like this:

Another example shows an entity with mixed coverage, and a Compliance Score of 89%. This is shown below:

 

Below you find a legend for reading and analyzing a report. Each franchisee has an Entity Name with corresponding policy and status.

Not Verified; There is no COI showing this specific coverage exists.

Non-Compliant; The COI shows this coverage is in place and doesn’t meet FDD requirements. The % to the right shows what % of the requirements have been met.

Compliant; The COI shows the coverage is in place. The % to the right shows all of the requirements have been met.
